Return Policy
WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
All items offered by Use Veloura are new and guaranteed against manufacturing defects. They are identical to those available in traditional stores and come from carefully selected suppliers and partners.
If a product is defective or does not match the description, the buyer has 14 working days from the date of receipt of the item to request an exchange or refund. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the next working day.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the customer must send the item back in its original condition, unused, and in its intact original packaging. This includes all accessories, manuals, and documents (the item must be in its originais sealed packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice).
In case of defect, the buyer must provide proof of the defect(s) by sending a detailed description and photos of the faults to [contact@useveloura.ie]. The return must include a tracking number, and the customer must inform Use Veloura of the delivery service used.
Right of Withdrawal and Refund:
If exercising the right of withdrawal, Use Veloura will refund the full amount paid by the customer, without additional fees, except for return shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 working days after receiving the returned items.
Exclusion from Return Policy:
Customized products, made to the specific request of the customer, cannot be returned or refunded and are not covered by this return policy.
Shipping costs for returning items to our warehouses in Ireland are the responsibility of the customer.
The return address and additional information will be provided by email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days maximum after receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Typically, refunds take between 7 and 14 working days, but this may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
