DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team (except on weekends and public holidays).

UseVeloura delivers to the following geographical areas: Ireland, Europe, Canada, and French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM).

For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours (3 business days).

The choice of carrier and the shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products, order value, and the destination country.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS

• Colissimo (home delivery, pick-up point, or post office – delivery within 3 to 16 business days).

Orders may occasionally be fulfilled by multiple suppliers, in which case items may be shipped separately.

Shipments are handled by La Poste, DPD, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Geodis, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS, depending on the destination and logistics needs.
Delivery is guaranteed within 14 business days in most cases.

Certain products or large volumes may require a longer delivery time of up to 14 days or more. In such cases, a specific notice will be displayed on the product page.

DELIVERY FEES

Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount.
However, UseVeloura reserves the right to adjust shipping rates during specific promotional or operational periods.
Such changes may occur without prior notice, but customers will always be informed of the applicable shipping details before completing their purchase.
